The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to tourist attractions, shopping centers, train stations, and many good restaurants. It is right by the Grand Place and close all the actions for tourist, staff speaks great English and very helpful, breakfast is one of the best IMHO.

Exceptionally positioned in a square that gives you a front row seat and access to tons of shopping, dining and people watching options. Great location for my first visit to Brussels. It was even a 10min walk to the tour bus stops for those taking tours to Bruges and Ghent

The hotel was in an amazing location, right in the centre and everything was walkable from there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautifully clean. Breakfast was incredible with a vast range of choice. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return in future.
