Woodside B&B

Super place to stay,. Our host was really lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and the extra cooked option was a nice surprise. Location is quite and within a short distance of a town with all usual amenities. Ideal for a quiet relaxing stopover.

We stayed here for four nights in December, having travelled by car from the UK. Easy to find using our sat nav, albeit there were some minor quirks in our sat nav. The location was great as it enabled us to visit Brugge, Brussels and some of the WW1-related sites around Ypres. We started each day with a filling continental breakfast and then headed off. We had snow on a couple of days and Stacey was very insistent that we were not to feel we had to leave the house. We waited for a while and then felt it was safe to venture out. The en-suite room was very comfortable, with two seats. We have stayed in some B&Bs where there was only one or no seats and then you end up siting on the bed. Two comfortable chairs here get full marks. Restaurants are at least 3 km away and we followed Stacey's recommendation and had a good meal. Would happily return.

Great stay with Stacey and Luc. Lovely clean room, delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Stacey was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Good location to drive to Bruges. Nice quiet location to stay if that is what you are looking for. Also next to a park which was lovely for walks. A good selection at breakfast and bed was nice and comfy.

Bed was noisy, walls thin... could hear the people next door snoring. Breakfast was very good. Price for the stay was reasonable, good value.

Super clean bright B&B on the edge of town, easy to find among lovely countryside and within easy driving distance of many places of interest including Ypres, Brugges and the Belgian coast. Plentiful breakfast and excellent coffee in the lovely bright, sunny conservatory overlooking the fabulous swimming pool- just a shame we didn't get enough good weather to take more advantage of the pool. Stacy and Luke bent over backwards to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, offering advice on places to eat, visit and things to do. Many thanks to you both, and keep up the good work :-)

Plentiful continental breakfast, with ample extras like juice, yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit with refills of tea and coffee. Bright, fresh and clean decor for bedroom and en suite. Wi-fi and tv in room. Hosts were so very kind to offer advice on where to visit and even went above and beyond to offer us the use of their own personal Satnav,( which was a god send!)

Very nice little B&B on the edge of Torhout, in a quiet residential area and easy enough to find as handily there are 3 or 4 signs to it from the main road. Very congenial host, breakfast was cracking, wi-fi was good. Everything you'd expect from a B&B really!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das einzige was ich nicht so gut fand, Schimmel in der Dusche was man auch ziemlich stark gerochen hat.

Wunderbares, ruhig gelegenes B&B mit gemütlichem Wintergarten am Pool mit Blick auf den Wald und die Felder. Super nette Gastgeber. Alles top sauber. Hervorragendes Frühstück im Wintergarten. Hier kann man gerne auch einen längeren Urlaub verbringen.

Zeer hartelijk ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Zeer uitgebreid en kwalitatief ontbijt. Een echte aanrader. Gaan we nog eens overdoen in de zomer.
