Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay there again. The price was reasonable, and the cleanliness was very good, and the breakfast was very good also.
It is conveniently located, and the only negative point was there were signs posted outside, warning people to lock their cars, because theft in the neighborhood was possible (especially at night). However, I never had any problems, and always felt comfortable. As I mentioned before, I would be happy to stay there again!

My first surprise was that no one at reception when I checked in spoke even a little English. I indicated with sign language that I would like a room on a high floor and was assigned a very pleasant room on the top (13th) floor with nice views of the area, The location is an easy walk to the TV tower with an observation deck from which you can see almost all of the cities important structures. I recommend going there soon after arrival to get your bearings of the layout of the city. A huge shopping center is only about a half block from the hotel with probably 30 restaurants on the top floor food court. It is an easy walk to the famous Dom Bosco shrine and not to far from the cathedral and bus and metro stations. Only one of the two elevators was operation for the entire 3 days of my stay but it did not seem to matter much as I got the feeling that the hotel was not very full. A male night receptionist spoke fluent English and said he had lived in England for several years. Most of the hotel staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, fresh and tasty with hot and cold items and lots of local fresh fruits.
