the hotel is perfect, great and large rooms, loved the hotel across Royal Tulip, you can go to their restaurants that are better, and pool. the cafeteria in golden tulip food is not that great is cafeteria food, needs improvement, and the breakfast is very good

I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

I enjoyed the spaciousness resort type of environment whereas trees and green area make it extra relaxing....There are a few peacocks walking around leisurely make it extra special. It is close to water and take a relaxing walk.

Bom hotel. Mas possui uma estrutura antiga, com carpete o que para os alérgicos é um grande problema. Falta limpeza pelos corredores do hotel, é muito comum encontrar bandejas nos corredores e lixeiras não recolhidas. Equipamentos dos quartos são antigos (TV, Telefone e etc).

Great hotel and location. Food at Golden is the problem. In order to have a good meal it is worth to go to Royal Tulip, which is the hotel in the front (same complex). Overall it is a good hotel.

Without jitneys and cabs you would never get to see the city. No one seems to speak English and Spanish causing us to resort at times to hand gestures to be understood. I'm surprised since all their neighbors speaks Spanish they don't understand it! This country recently hosted the Olympics?
