Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana

We love this hotel. Their staff is excellent and the location is perfect. The only thing is that the rooms could be a bit more cleaned.

The room was clean and comfortable. Wished there would have been an available outlet by the nightstand to connect my cpap machine. Other than that, the location was great and the staff very friendly.

Nice hotel in a prime location.

Great location, rooms were clean, with working air conditioning. We had a view of Copacabana beach and the ocean...food and drink reasonably priced in the hotel and plenty of local restaurants / bars which offer great value. No pressure to give tips and if you do, they are really appreciative.

It has an excellent view from top terrace, of the Copacabana Beach, of the Cristo Redentor Monument and the Pan de Azúcar Skylift!

Positives: Great heated pool with a gorgeous view. Lovely bar and vibes Sauna steam are good too. Breakfast is the best! Negatives: Not soundproof so loud banging from others staying and deco is old, run down items, broken hairdryer. Loungers are horrible and only 6 for the whole hotel!

Traveling to Brazil and I would assume other South American countries bring its own challenges for what Americans are use to. Hotel was really nice. You are asked not to flush your toilet paper though. The toilet has a bidet with it. It has two pools. One on the 4th floor and one on the 39th floor. The 39th is a Infiniti pool. We also were in room 1208 and we could hear the elevators going up and down throughout the night. It wasn't bad but it was always present. Ghe best part about this hotel was the breakfast buffet. 10 out of 10. Worth every penny or should I say Reals! The staff were 10 out of 10 as well. Maybe even 11 out of 10! Super helpful. The concierge was great as well. We were trying to book our visit to "Sugar Loft" and because he thought it might rain he had us wait to to book it to make sure we didnt water our money even though it cost him the booking temporarily. It didn't rain and we booked it the next day. Really enjoyed our stay other than the things I mentioned.

Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel is very conveniently located. Easy to get to the beach and enjoy. Hotel restaurants were very good. Plus lots of restaurants and stores right around the hotel. Definitely want to return and would recommend anyone to stay.

Excelente limpieza, ubicación, servicio personal atento y las instalaciones muy buenas 3 jacuzzis deliciosos 2 piscinas 1 temperada en el roof top piso 39 y otra en el 4 ambas con excelentes vistas, me hicieron upgrade compre habitación sin vista y me dieron una con una lindisimo vista al mar en el piso 37 Bellisima el desayuno muy bueno en fin todo estuvo expectacular definitivamente volveria

Everything was excellent

Personal atento y amable, la limpieza bien, los desayunos bien. Mis únicos "peros" fueron el ruido del ascensor, la habitación estaba muy cerca me parece y se los escuchaba pasar toda la noche, dice que tienen los cuartos insonorizados pero escuchábamos los ronquidos de la vecina, la movedera de muebles y hasta las risotadas.

Amazing food at the restaurants.

No complaints from me. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is worth coming here by itself. The breakfast buffet was okay for me. The location was amazing. So location and views... those 2 things made it worth coming here
