Infelizmente a recepção rasurou meu voucher para o parque Thermas , dificultando nossa entrada . Mas depois de ligarmos para o hotel e os colocarmos para esclarecer ao parque , tivemos nossa entrada liberada .

Chegamos e nos colocaram em um quarto sem wifi. Depois de muita reclamação e até chamar a polícia eles nos realocaram e colocaram em um quarto que pegava o wifi. Porém a internet era lenta e ficamos ao lado do acesso da área de lazer. Ou seja, portas batendo desde cedo.

Ficamos apenas 3 noites.
Fomos muito bem atendidos.
Excelente café da manhã,instalações bem limpas, jardin bem cuidado.
Faltou um pouco de organização na reposição de produtos que acabavam durante o café, era necessário pedir a reposição dos mesmos.
