Nosso check in seria em 27.04.2025. Em razão do atraso do vôo, chegamos bem tarde ao hotel (na verdade, chegamos já no dia seguinte, em torno de 01:30 da manhã), mas ainda assim fomos muito bem recebidos, sem qualquer problema. Funcionários prestativos, diligentes e atenciosos. Quarto bem limpo. Recomendo.

Solicitamos um terceiro travesseiro a camareira e a recepcao, que nunca nos foi entregue. Estavamos em tres pessoas e o quarto era todo montado para casal. Elevadores fora de uso.

Achei o atendimento da recepção terrível, atendente muito mal educada e grosseira. Limpeza do quarto ruim. Me cobraram por um quarto para um casal e uma criança mas quando chegamos demoraram para encontrar uma cama infantil. A pessoa da limpeza reclamou que eles não tem estoque de travesseiros e toalhas.

I had a recent stay at this hotel. It was only a short day as I was flying out early the next morning. So I did not get to experience the entire hotel. The hotel room was clean and needs. The staff are friendly. The general common areas aside from reception were quite humid, so I don’t expect there’s air-conditioning throughout. Same with our room. Although it did cool down rather quickly. I had to leave early in the morning so could only partake in the basic breakfast. It was a bit disappointing. There was bread that was left out so a bit stale yogurt, granola and cereal options. And some fresh fruit. But just the quality was not there. I’m not sure what the full breakfast was like it might’ve been better. I was not able to experience the pool, but it did look lovely.

I walked from the airport. But if you had bags you would want to take their free shuttle which runs regularly. The room felt a little old and battered but the lobby and dining area are very nice, staff was good. I would much rather hang out here for a few hours than at the airport if I had a long lay over.

我们一行七人从游轮下来入住该酒店，第二天乘机去伊瓜苏瀑布。从伊瓜苏回来后还要入住该酒店，再乘机回北美。
酒店位于机场边上，每20分钟有一班shuttle bus往返机场和酒店，非常方便转机。
我们去伊瓜苏时想把大件行李存在酒店，因为需要存两晚，与前台接待人员和酒店经理沟通后为我们提供了方便，非常感谢！
酒店的自助早餐很丰盛，中餐和晚餐都有不少的选择。
对于需要在里约乘机转机的人来说，这家酒店是个不错的选择！

This is a good hotel, if you need to be close to the GIG airport. They provide an efficient and free shuttle service. Bar and restaurant have overlapping schedules so one or the other is open at any given time. Staff were patient and helpful with my lack of skill with conversational Portuguese. The room was a standard hotel room, with no issues

This hotel was great. It’s located conveniently close to the airport. A few mins drive via airport shuttle. The shuttle runs every 20 mins.
The hotel room was simple but more amenities on first floor. Breakfast was simple. They let u check in when room is available. You don’t have to wait till 2 pm.
