Great stay! Rodrigo at the front desk was a true pleasure and helped us with all of our needs. Had some issues initially with our room and he immediately moved us to a different one. Room and bed were comfortable, shower has GREAT pressure, and overall the hotel is nice. Will be back!

This hotel provided everything I needed for my business trip to São Paulo. The team at the front desk were professional and courteous, as was the team in the restaurant. The room was very spacious and enjoyed a nice view. The location was amazing with plenty of dining and shopping.

Air conditioned in my room was with problems. For the second time stay they informed that the breakfast was not included, they just recognized the mistake after I showed the confirmation email with the "free breakfast" very clear.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast was served at 6:45am and not 6:30am as show in the website. Time to find a option hotel for Mercure Jardins.

Convenient location in the Jardins area, walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and points of interest. Great breakfast, although repetitive.

Good value for the money. The property is nice. My only problem is that most staff do not speak any English. Only a few of the reception staff do. So ordering room service or asking for any help can be challenging if you don't speak Portuguese well.
