All satisfactory with the hotel and room. Friendly receptionist staff (spoke excellent English). Room comfortable although bed was too short (and I’m only 172cm/5ft 7’ tall); and mattress was very hard. Avoid room 2 if you are taller than me. When this was raised with reception they said they’d investigate but didn’t get back to us. Breakfast satisfactory but limited on our first days as only 3 guests so food was ‘plated up’ rather than buffet. Excellent location on beach; quiet at night although beware that there are construction works at adjacent properties by day.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Unfortunately, during my stay, my room had no water for 24 hours. Almost all of the other rooms had their water restored the same day, after it was disrupted by a public works accident and repair.

Achei incrível a estadia lá. Visão linda de frente para a praia, tudo super limpinho, amei o café da manhã. CUIDADO porque aqui no Hotéis.com falam que tem café da manhã mas chegando lá já está incluso , tive que pagar por pessoa. A única coisa que não gosto muito é roupa de cama que não é branca, estava limpinha, mas não gosto de roupa de cama colorida. No mais tudo estava perfeito.

El personal súper atento y amable, la limpieza excelente, la ubicación es fantástica, salís directo a la playa. Tener en cuenta que no hay lugares de comida en la zona, si queres comer en la playa hay un supermercado cerca, pero no hay kioscos ni pasan vendedores.
El hotel te da servicio de reposeras, te dan sombrilla y mesita para playa. Incluso para los niños tienen baldes y juegos de arena, y tabla para barrenar. Sin duda volveremos!

Pontos positivos: na beira do mar, estrutura, narureza do entormo, ótimo traramento dos funcionários e um café da manha simples mas com produtos de boa qualidade.
Pontos fracos: cama desconfortavel, tinha mosquitos no quarto, um pouco barulhento a noite mas, poderia ser so no meu quarto pq era ao lado do saguão, o hotel fica distante de outros pontos da cidade e como choveu nos dias que estive por lá nao foi possivel aproveitar a praia entao a distancia de tudo atrapalhou um pouco. O grande problema foi a falta de rasoabilidade para resolver problemas pois reservei um quarto triplo e ao invés de colocar dois hóspedes coloquei um. Acabei pagando diretamente ao hotel 85% a mais pelo segundo hóspede que por simulação no site do hoteis.com nao passaria de 20%.
