A very nice hotel away from the city centre.
Very good breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice with some shadow areas. I would strongly recommend if you want to stay in a peaceful area of town.

Local bem confortável.
Só achei o estacionamento meio desprotegido porque fica aberto boa parte do tempo e, por estar nos fundos do hotel, não fica ninguém lá pra cuidar dos veículos (a rua é meio deserta). Outro ponto de melhoria é com relação ao "jogo americano" usado no restaurante/café da manhã. Como utilizam um de papel, a cada limpeza da mesa, esse "jogo americano" é jogado fora. Às vezes nem está sujo, mas é descartado. Poderiam usar algo mais sustentável.

The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good

No meu o ar condicionado estava estragado e ficou a noite toda caindo água, na hora do check in eu fica o pagamento como de costume e depois que eu já havia feito o checkout e já estava em trânsito o hotel me mandou uma mensagem falando que eu já havia feito o pagamento. Então eu enviei o comprovante

Eu tive uma experiência desagradável na 1ª noite. Não havia cobertores ou edredom no quarto. A cama estava forrada com um lençol fino e passei frio, pois na madrugada a temperatura baixou para 19 graus. Para 2ª noite eu pedi edredon na recepção e fui atendida.

Me hospedei 2 dias no prime hotel, recebi meu quarto sujo, mas estava cansado e relevei, quando retornei ao hotel pra minha segunda noite o quarto não tinha sido sequer arrumado, minha cama estava do jeito que deixei ao sair do hotel e o quarto consequentemente mais sujo ainda e pra completar o ar condicionado para de funcionar no meio da noite! Péssima experiência!
A única coisa boa é o café da manhã que é muito bem servido, sem reclamações quanto a isso!
