This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision.

I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good.

Falta Manutenção em relação ao quarto como pintura nas paredes e rodapés danificados. Toalhas de banho finas e não oferecem toalha de rosto. Arrumação dos quartos de 3 em 3 dias e apenas 1 cartão para entrar no apto com a alegação de que o hotel estava cheio. Café da manhã, chuveiro, cama e ar condicionado em boas condições.
