I love this property. You get a whole apartment with a balcony for a really great price. The pool upstairs is just wonderful. The apartment itself depends on whether you get a renovated unit or not. I’ve stayed here before and I had a renovated unit, but this time I had an older unit that hasn’t been renovated all the same. It’s really good. It’s just a little old.

Localização excelente, staff do hotel muito bom, prestativos e eficientes. Instalações muito boas, funcionais (para um flat), excelente banheiro e chuveiro. Limpeza, roupas de cama e toalhas ótimas. Existe ar condicionado no quarto, porém faz falta um ar condicinado também na sala/cozinha.

The electric in my unit was defective. After 5 minutes or so the circuit breakers would have an issue and most of the lights go out. Every day a problem.
The unit itself was nice . Kitchen living room bedroom and bath .

Great location a block from Avenida Paulista. Two min walk from a subway station and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The area around it is safe and staff members are very kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff and helpful the room is very old not so much clean the best think in this hotel is the location and the laundry service if they make some renew it will be 5*hotel until then not more then 3*

I liked the location and the buffet breakfast, but hated the spotty internet. Had so much trouble with wifi, and they didn't solve the problem for days.
