Lindo lugar. La vista de la suite inmejorable. Quizás exigir que en el desayuno no vayan sin remera (no faltaba el mono que iba a desayunar mostrando la panza y pelos). Staff de lujo y muy amable

Poor service, no TV receiver in the room, air conditioning too small for the room, bad service at the pool (different prices for beer between the bar and the pool, without pre mention). Plus we asked for an iron at the reception and they said it would ho to my room. Never arrived. The overall condition is an almost dirty 2 star hotel. Nothing else.

Location is good, nice scenery but the hotel itself needs updating. Room was in poor condition, As well as the bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillow cases had stains on them. The complementary breakfast was undesirable for a lack of a better word.

Cozy romantic hotel with a very nice sea view and fabulous gardens... You feel at home as if you were in your own private house and garden ! Very unique and fabulous !!

This was a one day stay for my wife's birthday since we live in the area. Nice overlall stay. The best part is certainly the pool deck and the view. Beach access is a steep walk down the hill by foot to a VERY small beach,but nice and calm. The hotel itself is secluded, so there is beautiful nature scenery. Breakfast was also very good. Plenty and diverse. AC was nice and cold. TV had full dish service. Cons: The balcony rail was loose in some areas and not child safe. Bathroom sink was dripping and would not close properly.

We were in Pousadas Unicornio in November 2016. We hire a Deluxe suite with sea sight and it really accomplished our expectations. The hotel is situated in Ferradura beach, one of the most interesting beach in Buzios. The distance to the beach is just 40 mts., with a middle difficult access (very pronounced steepness). The beach service includes beach umbrellas, deck chairs and service at the beach with a very kind staff. This part of the beach is a very good option in the days that you prefer to stay in the hotel, is a small part of Ferradura beach, with calm water and few people. The hotel has a very good restaurant and a very nice pool with deck chairs. The suite was very comfortable with air conditioning, frigobar and satelital TV. It also has a balcony with a table and a pair of chairs. There is a van of the hotel that takes you to the center of Buzios for free and three times a week you have tours to the principal beaches. It was really a very good experience.

Best: amazing pool with giant lounge beds and phenomenal view, Feradura beach steps away, shuttle service to town every night otherwise a $5 quick taxi, nice staff, grounds very pretty, balcony off rooms Challenging: no fluent English speakers but google translate helpful, wifi only in pool and restaurant area (none in room), buggy (but hey, it's Brazil and they addressed some ants in room immediately)

The staff at the hotel was fantastic! My husband got sick and we had to go to the hospital and they were super helpful. The hotel is good and has an awesome view. I would go back.

The staff was good and willing to help, also, the hotel has shuttle service to the city center. unfortunately, the room was full of ants, which wasn't pleasent for a room with that kind of money.

Uma experiencia totalmente diferente das outras que tive na cidade. Sem praias com assedio e preços exorbitantes, pois estava vazia e a uma pequena trilha do hotel, quarto reformado e sem defeitos da roupa de cama ao banheiro tudo em excelete estado, cafe com bastante opções e bem saboroso. A piscina excelente, se fosse aquecida acho que ficava até fechar mas fria não foi possivel. Enfim, toda a atenção e tratamento que se espera de uma estadia de boa qualidade.

Hotel depois da reforma esta perfeito...O check in precisa melhorar uma hora aguardando a liberação do quarto...um unico funcionario para fazer todo processo separar o quarto, arrumar...e ajudar com as malas....tem alguma cousa errada no processo

O hotel é muito bom. Ficamos em um quarto com uma vista linda pra praia. Local silencioso com acesso à praia pertinho. A trilha pra praia não é muito íngreme nem longa demais, mas é bem esburacada, irregular e cheia de pedras. Tem q ter cuidado. Muito gostoso, o lugar. E a piscina também maravilhosa. Ótimo atendimento e comida. Chuveiro bom. Internet funcionando perfeitamente (ficamos perto do prédio principal). Foi tudo ótimo!

Muito mofo, ar condicionado não funciona e a água pra beber do café da manhã é suja

Hotel muito agradável, confortável e a equipe sempre muito atenciosa e atenta aos detalhes.

Esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel. A vista é linda, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, mas infelizmente às condições de manutenção e conforto estão precárias, a ponto de não haver mão de obra disponível para o serviço de café da manhã. Além disso, no quarto 113, a manutenção está precária.

Faltou até leite no café da manhã. Não tem gestor. Em 3 dias não vi o gerente. O SPA não funciona (nem sauna, nem hidro, nem nada), e no site que fiz a reserva dizia que tinha, tudo que a gente pergunta não está funcionando. O transporte para o centro que diz existir no site do hotel é folclore, não tem. Longe dos comércios para comer, o restaurante tbm não funciona, só para café da manhã, e é precário. Primeiro dia o café da manhã estava ruim, no segundo piorou e no terceiro faltou até leite. Só tinha pão francês amanhecido, manteiga, presunto e queijo que também acabou no meio do café, e uma bandeja com algumas frutas. Suco de sabor indefinido. Os funcionários são cordiais e acolhedores (com exceção das funcionárias do café da manhã). O quarto que fiquei estava limpo e com cheiro agradável, porém, reservei para 4 e me colocaram em um quarto para 3, quando questionei mudaram para um de 4 pessoas mas o cheiro era forte, banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto, então preferimos voltar para o quarto menor e colocar mais uma cama mesmo ficando apertado. Roupas de cama e banho são boas. Televisão não funciona. A vista é linda, mas é só isso. A praia em frente é bem pequena sem infraestrutura. Não é um bom lugar para famílias com crianças. Não recomendo. Me senti em um hotel abandonado de filme triste ou e terror. Não tem gerência, nem hóspedes, nem café, nem uma música para amenizar o vácuo que fica no salão do café da manhã, pois nem um bolo simples tem para o café. Não tem interfone
