Wyndham Garden Sao Paulo Convention Nortel

I usually stay here during business trips because it’s conveniently located near the convention center. The rooms are typically very spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, during this stay, I noticed a lack of proper maintenance in the room, including water stains on the ceiling. Unfortunately, I also encountered roaches both in the room and the hallway. I’ve reported the issue and hope it will be promptly addressed by the management team.

Its a building that has not been upkept in ages. Rooms are big but terribly old. Doors dont lock (extra lock doesnt even go in the door). Cleanliness was ok but not what id expect from this brand. Staff is very friendly. Shame about the lack of care of the building

This is probably one if the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Have to change rooms 3 times. I finally realized that the hotel is just a dump. Filthy and mold everywhere. Breakfast was inedible... eggs with shells mixed in. Tried charging me a bunch of stuff from mininar in room. Just a horrendous stay... couldnt wait to check out

Great location for Expo Norte Convention Center, but that’s about it. Hotel staff is incompetent at best and frankly don’t give a shit any way. I called the hotel as I was the wake-up call for my son who was there competing in a tournament. The person who answered did not speak English and had no interest in trying to help. I tried messaging and Google translating to no avail. I tried to relay the fact that it was an emergency to get a call through to the room and was put on hold. I was then disconnected and no one picked up the phone for the next hour. I understand completely that English is not the native language, but the people that work here should at the very least be able to communicate.

Good location close enough to airport and downtown. Staying here again.

Staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. Breakfast and dining options are excellent. The location is very good, near a big shopping centre, bakeries, restaurants, transportation, not far from the airport despite being in the city.

Very spacious room, kitchen facilities are good.

The Air conditioning made me and my girlfriend sick. It was pumping humid moist air for 36hrs. Probably bacteria Laden. The hotel like most hotels in Brazil are overrated and the discription and fotos rarely match the reality. Generally disappointed with Hotels in Brazil in general my own home is better then any hotels I stayed at in Brazil and I was there for a month and a half.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed, large room, great high-flow rain shower. Breakfast was average, nothing special, but adequate Cons (-) lack of lighting in rooms, property worn down, gym and pool felt dirty (but I did see people still willing to use both), visible stains on sheets

It’s a very nice hotel. Comfortable and cozy.

Have stayed here for a nearby convention for the last few years, each time for 6 nights. The good - clean well kept nice safe neighborhood with a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s always taxis waiting to take you somewhere. Close to big shopping mall The bad - there’s a few random things with the hotel. Shampoo not always refilled, hot water temp not always good depending on time of day. The pickup location can be confusing for Uber drivers, best to walk to the street for a pickup location

Excellent customer service from staff Lobby at arrival and all staff very polite.

Amazing how this hotel's service has gone south after the ownership change: no minibar refill for a week, dirty tables with no cutlery for breakfast, long queue at reception (20 mins) now they have just one reception (used to be two), car takes ages to be brought back from parking as they only have one attendant, and the list goes on and on...
