We always love this place! It’s our go-to for events in Winnipeg. The hotel is super close to everything we need and is just a short walk away. I didn’t think the pre-check-in was really necessary, since we still had to show everything at the front desk when we got there. But we’re definitely coming back!

No breakfast and my car got broke into. It was parked in the parking garage connected to the hotel and the hotel didn’t want to do anything about it. Have stayed here before but never again.

Most of the check in staff were indifferent and mumbled instructions, it was difficult to understand. Staff at check were fine—and I appreciated the tea in the morning. The place was mostly clean but there was a musty, old smell mostly on the 17th floor—hallway. The pillows were mostly lumpy and uncomfortable. If the price was less than $300+ per night I probably would feel differently. Not worth the money for sure. The place is a little tired and needs a refresh. I write these reviews because Expedia reviews are “wonderful!” And rated the property a 9. I would rate it a 6.5-7 at most.
