Argo's Landing

The host was very accommodating. The weather was bad and she informed us in advance about the road conditions.

The host is super friendly and warm. Waking up to this beautiful view from your bedroom is a dream, just drivable distance away form the Pacific Rim National Park. Definitely recommended!

A basic room, it was perfectly fit for our needs. The beds were ok. Clean and cozy in the room. Can water taxi to west Banfield to get to more things, also a market there aswell and a restaurant. Worth the visit.

Tv and microwave would have been goid

The view are amazing, it's nice a quite.. The house was fantastic.. My sister and needed last minute place to stay, as we were planning to spend the night. The host was very wonderful

The hosts were very lovely, very kind & really helpful. Beautiful view from outside, location is incredible. It would be amazing if the listing were updated with current photos though. We stayed in the lower suite, all the photos are of the upper suites, which are very, very different. The lower level is less of a suite than one room with one very small window, 4 small beds along the walls, no sink, no recycling, etc. We weren't in the room much so we didn't mind too much, but it was apparent right away that the room was different expected. That might be our fault, we didn't mind much, but the listing could use clarifying. Top marks for the hosts & location though.

We had an awesome fall visit to Argo’s Landing! Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the water. The room is basic, four beds, good size bathroom, fridge and dining kind of area. This spot is easy to get to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and other beautiful trails. It’s super convenient to get the water taxi right from the dock over to West Bamfield! We also loved the cafe in town. So much to see around this area! Liz provided lots of great recommendations too. Looking forward to visiting again.

Lack of electric outlets and plus

Showed up for our stay to an empty property. No one responded to repeated phone calls( only got voicemail) or reaching out on social media. Very disappointing after driving for 3.5 hours. As there was nowhere else open to stay we had to drive 1.5 hours to the next nearest town and pay for a hotel there. Hosts have not reached out to apologize.

Wir verbrachten in Argo's Landing eine wunderschöne Zeit, die uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Belohnt wird man mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft, einer einzigartigen Aussicht von der Unterkunft aus, Ruhe und einer Vielzahl von nahegelegenen Attraktionen (Regenwald, schöner Strand, Wanderwegen und Naturbeobachtungen). Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und empfehlen dieses Kleinod jedem, der das Besondere sucht, weiter.
