Aspen Village Inn

Enjoyed a quick stay at a beautiful Park. The hotel was in a great location

Room is clean, with comfortable bed and available basic needs in the washroom. It has fridge and coffee maker. The downside is the building itself. It looks terrible from the outside, scary to climb those stairs and it has no aircondition which is not good during summer. Guy at the reception is so friendly and helpful.

A okay. Our stay was before season opening in Waterton so we didn't expect much but had some issue with hot water (or rather lack of hot water) and unit heating system was broken and we couldn't turn it off, We had to find a way to unplug in the middle of the night so it will stop heating and making loud noise. Other than that we had good stay, helpful and friendly staff, good location.

Staff were very friendly. Our rooms had a kitchenette which was convenient. We were pleased with the inn

It’s right in the heart of waterton, everything is within walking distance. Parking is easy. Hiking trails are easy to locate - receptionist is very kind and helpful! Room was comfortable and clean!

Great location. 8 minute walk to Cameron Falls and walkable to all areas of Waterton. The only thing is the walls to the room are very thin, and you can hear everything that goes on upstairs. It was very loud, and l had a hard time falling asleep. Other then the thin walls everything else was great!

The room was not clean when we arrived. Hair (human and pet) everywhere. Floors weren't swept. Dirty dishes put away in cabinet.

I recommend this place, calm and quiet.

This is an older hotel. The room was comfortable and included a fireplace which was nice as it was still cool in Waterton Park. The door seal was very poor and created for a noisy night as the wind whistled past. Also the room was not provisioned with toiletries or toilet paper requiring a visit to the front desk where the staff was very helpful.

Great value for the money. Great place.
