From check in to check out this place was excellent. The lounge staff were absolutely amazing as well, and the menu/prices were great. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I’d stay here again!

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were very happy with this property. It is SO clean. The rooms,hallways, the parking lot, everything. The staff was all friendly and helpfully from the front desk, maintenance people, cleaning and the restaurant. Great location. Easy to get to and from most areas and attractions. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

Staff were so friendly and polite. Building inside, its an older hotel, but very clean, and taken care of. Both inside and the parking lot, a lot of employees were keeping the property neat and tidy. Restaurant meals were delicious and servers were accommodating and a happy crew. Enjoyed our stay!

Hello - we stayed at this hotel which was conveniently located to Commonwealth Stadium for a concert we were attending. The pricing was quite high for what it is. The check in process was a bit challenging, and the person at the front desk was not the most polite or helpful until i mentioned that we were first time customers and maybe a more positive attitude would help the situation. We staying in rooms on the second floor and throughout the night, a large metal echoing banging noise could be heard above the bathroom which disrupted our sleep at least five times.

Good location, and nice staff, has everything you need. But it really wasn’t clean. Our bed had a huge black water stain on it, the roof was leaking. The corners were full of dust as if they didn’t move things to vacuum.
