We made a quick overnight stop in Sault Ste. Marie. We booked this hotel because the rooms looked nice and the price was good. It was a little family motel. The person who checked us in was very friendly and check in was quick. It was a very comfortable room, we felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. There were many places to eat and stores within walking distance.

Staff very helpful, good coffee maker, fridge wasn’t plugged in and then didn’t work, dealbreaker for us, don’t advertise if not available, no ice machine but owner gave us a baggie of cubes. Small ant like bugs in room

We stayed here on Dec. 19 at a cost of $132.92. I wrote a good review then as it was fine overall. On our way back home on Jan. 5, we booked it again. This time it cost $145.72 for the exact same room. Someone had left a window open and the room was freezing. I didn't realize the discrepancy in the charge until we had left. The owners live next door and you have to speak to them via intercom, so not conducive to a conversation or complaint. Therefore, I am using this platform. I am at a loss as to why I paid $12 more for the same experience a mere two weeks later.
