Front deak was super rude during check in the room had a loud humm making it impossible to sleep and the pool area was mostly closed with the hot tub being permanently closed? Do better coast your charging ridiculous prices for an extremely dated hotel one of the worst experiences ever theres signage everywhere with threats of fines feels very uninviting i will not be using coast in the future this was pathetic.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was lackluster - no hot food really. Didn't use the pool but was sad the hot tub no longer exists. My room was perfect. Room was way to cold from the start, bed had too lightweight bedding for winter . When i phoned front desk they couldn't explain wherr the thermostat was, at 3 am. Checked out shortly after around 4am. Not good experience.

“Deluxe Intercontinental breakfast” is anything but… Selection is poor, no warm food, boiled eggs are like rubber due to standing out too long. I’ve stayed at numerous Coast hotels over the years and this one doesn’t live up to the brand.

Gave us a dirty room, then switched us into another dirty room. Knocked at 9am, told them we’re still here, knocked again at 9:30, then at 10am because somehow someone returned our room keys when we still had ours? Super disorganized, would not stay again.

Room was clean and king bed very comfortable. Great coffee amenities and the bbreakfast very adequate. Would have given 5 * but the constant hum from the HVAC or whatever was above us on the roof ( we were top floor room 412) was bothersome. Wouldn't recommend that room but otherwise hotel was great.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The coffee maker was great and it was definitely a little perk to have Starbucks coffee to brew. Breakfast was lacking in variety due to only having baked goodies and cold cereal. If you could toast it, that was the extent of a “hot breakfast”.

Loved your front end manager. Not sure of her name but she was great. Biggest issue: Needed to call taxi for three days to transport me to conference. Credit card got compromised by taxi and fraudulent activity on the card. Could probably point out which taxi it was or company it was.

Our room was clean & comfortable, the TV reception was very poor (trying to catch the Olympics) the location of the hotel was great for our needs. Parking was concerning with the busy spaghetti factory. The continental breakfast was slightly underwhelming, Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
