Nice little stopover for the night before flying to puerto Vallarta next morning. So nice of them to let us park our car there while away! Very grateful!!
The only downside was the rude man in the room above us, possibly a worker that stays there. Outside at 4 am talking VERY LOUD to another person. Sounded like he was right outside our door!! Also very heavy footed in his room the entire time.
Other than his rude thoughtlessness, it was a decent place for the night. Reception lady was very kind!

This property was tidy and walkable to downtown Courtney. We just stayed one night with a family as we had an early morning flight and wanted to avoid driving to Comox in the morning. Our room was small but had a wall the allowed for our kids to have their own room. Even better it had twin beds so they didn't have to share. For a quick one night in Courtney this place works great. It isn't fancy but it is clean and comfortable with a smart layout that works great for a family of four.

It’s a cheap motel in Courtenay BC. For the price it’s perfect. We live on a neighbouring gulf island and can’t make it home after a show/event with our ferry, so we need something affordable when we’re in town. This was our first stay and certainly won’t be our last. The folks working the desk were friendly and warm.
