Very comfortable bed and clean room . The pool and hot tub are well maintained and kept clean. Everything was perfect , except ot seems the person or people stayed in our room prior to us had very strong body odor which could be smelled by setting on the couch , or walking around the room. Thankfully the bed and bedsheets were clean and did not smell like that 😀
We used room sprays and axe body sprays to elemenate the smell i mentioned with some success . Honestly the hotel should charge extra for cleaning the room after people with this kind of strong body odor stays with them . Any way aprat from that the hotel is 5 star. Close to lots of amenities. Great location, friendly front desk staff and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. I recommend this hotel if its within your budget.

I had a great stay! I stayed for one night before going on a trip and my room was fantastic. Very big and clean. The staff were great and very informative! I will be staying here again in the future

I heard water ruall night, every toilet flush seemed to pass by my room. Doors slamming all night! I dropped something beside the bed and had to move one of the bedside tables to retrieve my object. I don't think that side table has been pulled out since the hotel was built.It was absolutely disgustingly dirty and dusty. Not impressed!

I always like to stay here this past Covid however room 304 was very noisy from the air unit. I would not stay in that room again, nor do I recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful night sleep.
I went to the gym to find only 1 out of 5 functioning treadmills. This should be managed asap as it is a highly used space.
Parking spaces seem very tight and limited, tilt your reviews or the person parking next to you will be forced to close yours in order for them to get out of their vehicle.
