Great hotel and location.

Personnel courtois et serviable, chambre très propre, à deux pas du métro et de La Place Bell.

Easy to get to a concert at Palace Belle! And bed was very comfy. Parking extremely inexpensive too.

Unfortunately, there was loud booming music every night late until the am hours. I am not sure if it was from the restaurant in the hotel upstairs or was from an outside source. If this happens every night they should let their guests know this prior to booking. Other than the lack of sleep due to the music and bass it was a very nice place to stay.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. However they really need to invest in new towels.

Be sure to request a room on the upper floors away from the restaurant patio. Music and crowd noise continues well past 11 PM Otherwise this is an excellent hotel with plenty of dinning options near by and great access to the Métro.

This is an excellent property to stay at. Would recommend it.

Getting pricey. Nice and convenient location. Not enough security to keep large groups of teens from loitering around the property.

The hotel is new, modern, and fairly clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I was bitten by bed bugs during the stay. Because the hotel was at 100% capacity, they could not move us to another room. They did offer to change the sheets, but it did not solve the problem. Parking was supposed to be included in the reservation. However, after returning home, I received the email invoice and noticed a $67 charge for parking. Nothing was mentioned about this charge during check-in or check-out. Overall, despite some positive aspects, I am unlikely to stay there again.

Received an upgrade right away!

The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau.

I had trouble finding the parking. We had to go back to the reception to ask for the wifi code. The staff was friendly.
