Didnt like i couldnt extend my stay, and not getting a reason for why i couldnt extend my stay, even though they said they wernt fully booked up.

Great stay, friendly staff…very nice rooms. Large bathroom and two king sized beds. Wonderful.

We stayed for dance competition the bed had stains on the sheets , hair in the bed and the duvet had stains on it and a few that looked like blood . I called down at 10pm on the 25th to get housekeeping to change the bedding she said no one was available, I went down and spoke to the front desk she gave me sheets to change myself and found an ever more stained mattress protector but did not give us a duvet so we used a sheet to sleep with . I kept checking back throughout the day on the 26th and it still wasn’t done . I spoke to the house keeper and front desk she said it would be done . We went back in the afternoon at 1pm and it wasn’t done checked after 3pm . We came back at 945pm and it was finally done but it was the same stained duvet. Every time I went down there was no one at the front desk so we just bought a blanket .

Decent hotel, no office chair in our room and couldn’t get the tv to work. Some damage to the walls and around the grout in the shower. Overall, okay no major concerns!

I really enjoyed my stay. The general cleanliness was great. However, there were two spots one is not a big deal. It was along the upper wall close to the ceiling. It had white marks I thought weird to be so high. And the other was the chair in the room looked like milk was stained in the chair. We just didn’t sit on the chair. We had no complaints on anything else.

The room was great but the pool area was freezing and the "hot" tub was luke warm. Not enough towels supplied in pool area for the amount of people using the pool area.

The staff were not helpful, I checked into the room. A few minutes I had two girls get into my room. The pool hours need to be extended. The area around the property just did not feel safe. Would not be spending another night there! Everything was chaotic!

The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was TOP NOTCH and I will absolutely stay here again if there is a need to be in NB. Lack of good restos and the safety are no fault of the hotel, it’s just the city.

As a family traveling with 5-6 people i love that the hotel has spacious rooms! I will stsrt booking holiday inn more

I always enjoy staying here at the beds are super comfortable. Nice and quiet. I love that they offer guests breakfast and dinner.

The staff at the hotel were excellent , friendly and helpful. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked with several sports teams yet the staff was cheerful and helpful amidst the chaos. Would come back.
