The night staff was unfriendly, tried to talked to her but the way she responded on my queries was not pleasant enough to make me consider to book there again soon.

Check-in was slow. We had to wait in line for awhile. Lots of choice at breakfast with many good offerings. Unfortunately the hot food was cold. The room and bed were comfortable. A/C was quiet and room temperature was adjustable. The room was clean except for the mirror in the bedroom which was very streaky, not cleaned properly.

Got into our first room and it smelled really really bad of cigarette smoke . Even though there are no smoking rooms . Went down to the desk and they gave us another room . Which was good

I would never stay here again! The hot tub has been closed for years! The slide is falling apart and dirty, the railing to get in the pool is broken. Ac was broken, outlets broken and not working in the room, sink would leak from the pipes while brushing teeth ect. Staff were very nice but the standard is so low especially for the price! Stay away and book somewhere else!
