The employees we encountered were excellent. They went out of their way to be kind, helpful and friendly. Even before we saw the accommodations, we knew that based on the employees, we would stay here again. The room was great, as advertised and the parking and being so close to everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were very kind, let us check in early and stored our luggage the afternoon following checkout. Room was large and bed was comfortable- a bigger TV and microwave would’ve been nice but mini fridge and coffee maker were great. Pool was fun, hot tub was closed our last night there and wasn’t very hot the first night we used it (more like a very warm bath). Gym space had some good equipment. Location is unmatched- right across the street from Metro and Place D’armes with a small food court. 15 minute walk to the big Ferris wheel and conveniently located close to Gare centrale and the Gare d’autobus if you’re traveling into the city via bus or train. Restaurant and bar on site came in clutch with a winter storm keeping us inside. I would definitely stay here again

Kids loved the giant koi pond at reception. Very happy with our stay. Friendly staff and we liked the food in the restaurant

Clean facility with very helpful staff. Breakfast Buffett left much to be desired. Much too expensive, poorly maintained, half empty when we arrived. 100 dollars for three breakfast after tax and tip.

We stayed at this property and the rooms were clean as well as the pool facilities. However, there was an incredibly unkept, smelly man who was sitting in the lobby of our floor and pacing up and down the hallway. We felt unsafe with this man outside our hotel room who sat there for hours, esp when taking small children back and forth to the pool or going back to my room as a solo female. When we talked to staff at the desk we were dismissed and straight up lied to being told he was a guest of a hotel guest (obviously untrue). The staff could not have given a care about our concerns and showed zero emotion when we reported. Next time we will stay at a property that values guest safety.

The construction was a pain to find the hotel on the first day.

Hotel was nice, had a convenient location and parking. Unfortunately the week we were there the pool and hottub where closed for renovation. There was no microwave and the restaurant in the hotel was not great.

I selected this hotel because there was a pool. I asked the front desk when checking in what time it closed and they told me 11pm. The pool was out of order. I didn’t find out until 8pm when I went for a swim with my 4 year old.
