Clean and central

Great customer service and the room is clean.

I was thoroughly impressed by the immaculate clean room, extremely friendly staff and the quietness of the room plus the ability to make the room dark! If I am back in Vancouver I will definitely be back! Concierge was super friendly from the minute I walked in and the desk staff were both friendly and accommodating! I joined the rewards program too!

Great hotel! Amazing friendly staff. So very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean-even my favorite nespresso pods! Love the location for easy downtown access to almost anything you might need or want.

Most staff were excellent except one on departure day I asked for one hour extension and he refused claiming I was late in asking. Parking is not good in the next door lot. There are warnings about car break ins. Room was nice but had very limited movement around the beds and furniture. Breakfast was terrible. We also stayed at Sandman’s and it was much nicer with parking at the bottom.

Great downtown location. Close to a lot of things. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Paid parking right next door was convenient.

Hotel is right downtown on corner of Granville & Nelson. Sound proofing was great we were there during the World Cup ! Small rooms but have everything you need. Comfy bed helpful staff .

The hotel was in the heart of downtown, clean, and well worth the price. We'll be returning.

Upon our stay, the hotel felt more like a party hostel than a legitimate hotel for the amount you are paying. When arriving, the hotel was completely decked out in FIFA decorations (super tacky) everywhere in the hallways, mirrors and felt more like a party zone than an adult hotel. We literally felt like we were walking into a college residence. There was a man sleeping with his shoes off in the main lobby area which we found pretty gross and not sure why the front desk staff would allow that. Besides the interior being decorated like a dorm room residence, our room window was covered by a translucent film so we didn't actually see outside. You can hear everything above and below you. We woke up to an argument between people underneath us because the walls and floors are paper thin. The room was decently clean but the overall experience was strange and not at all what was advertised. If you are mature adults with interests in more tasteful urban experiences, find somewhere else to stay because this was weird.

Excellent Staff who went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Great location walkable to everything. Boutique setup in rooms.

Clean & very downtown. Like right in the middle. Was pretty noisy. Also there is a cringe alley right next to it. Got a good night's sleep w/very strong A/C.

It's in a very convenient location for walking around, close to public transport as well.

Clean comfort room that's appears brand new. Rooms are on the small side but I love the cool vibe t/o the hotel. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and updated and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were incredible and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
