Breakfast was included and had a good choice of food. Staff was very good at keeping the food stocked, the dining area was very clean. The lobby was clean.
The room was very dusty, the a/c was not not adequate. Would have been nice to have 1 comfortable chair for watching tv. Could have used extra pillows. The toiletries provided were skimpy.

The Bromont Hotel is very conveniently located near Mount Bromont and a nice microbrewery.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke (it was supposed to be non-smoking), the window was broken and didn't close properly. The toilet paper is so cheap you can actually see through it. The room felt cluttered, but okay. The breakfast was quite nice.

Would not stay again, the bed is not comfortable, small rooms, smell to the hotel,
Towels are small, toilet paper not great, had to have someone come up to fix the heating/cooling system and the window broke open in the middle of the night.

Ceiling leaked they switched us to a room without a kitchenette and di not offer a refund or assist with tue i convenience. There response was well we can put a bucket under the leak.

We liked that the hotel was close to skiing & we could see the hills from our room. It was great having a spa bath in our room. The gas fire was lovely for ambience & warmth but the fan was so noisy during the night I couldn't sleep. This meant I couldn't enjoy the next day. The second night we turned down the thermostat so that the fan wouldn't come on but then it was quite cold. The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed tight. The room was spacious & well equipped with a small fridge, table & 2 chairs & a sofa,

Older hotel, so things are outdated but reasonable price in comparison. You get what you paid for.
Needs attention to cleanliness and basic needs of the hotel though. Blanket were stained with a few blood stains on it. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash as they only have small packets of 2in1 shampoo/conditioner. There’s also only one garbage can in the washroom, which is slight inconvenient if someone is using the washroom.
Hotel is close to supermarkets, so it’s quite convenient if you want to upgrade your own toilet paper and get essential needs.

Lots of noise from the tenants above us in the evening and morning. Sounded like bigfoot. Small towels, best suited for a10 year old. Bathroom door would not close and unfinished treshold in the main doorway.
Fireplace and soaker tub were nice. Coffee and breakfast were filling.

But not soundproof at all. We could hear the shower upstair and we could hear people walking upstair.

The front desk was wonderful, the staff were wonderful with the exception of someone banging the snow off firewood very early Sunday morning. The hockey kids that were there were screaming in the pool area I could mostly drown out with my tv. The room was amazing and I did very much enjoy myself

Our only complaint was that the room smelled intensely of bleach when we first arrived and took a few hours to dissipate.
It was a great room, wonderful breakfast and pretty quiet overall.
