Quite good experience!

It was a decent room and was clean enough but it's in a very rough neighborhood. No deadbolts on the room door.

Room was small. No closer hangers to hang clothes.

It’s really u safe place to stay and not suggested fir families.Very convenient location but arrogant staff and is near to bar taboo.Place is surrounded by lot of homeless pshychos and is unsafe not just at night but at any point in time.There was no power amd water for almost 6-7hiurs.Will not suggest.Only highlight is location.

Front counter manager pleasant and accommodating. Very nice person.

Hotel room was very small, and mold carpets smell.alao found 2 bugs insect, but not bed bugs thank god, i complained to the hotel manager and asked for discount or some money back but they havee done nothing only apologized to me will never stay at this hotel dorion in Montreal again terrible mistake

Very hard to communicate Staff spoke very little french or english

Mauvais points : -La première impression n’a pas été forte dû au vibe un peu « sale » de la réception; derrière la personne se trouvait un lavabo entièrement recouvert de produits de nettoyage très sales. -La personne a la réception ne parlait pas un seul mot français malheureusement ce qui peut être inconvénient pour certaines personnes. - J’ai choisi une chambre sur Hotels.com en me fiant aux photos, et à l’arrivée on s’est rendu compte que ce n’était pas la même chambre. Elle avait heureusement les même commodités mais j’aimais moins le décor, je trouve dommage de choisir une chambre et de ne pas être certains que c’est celle qu’on aura. -Sur les photos il y a plusieurs chandelles autour du bain (raison principale de notre réservation), mais il y en a une seule dans la chambre. -La porte de la chambre ne me semble pas sécuritaire, elle ferme mal et il y a une grosse craque au haut qui laisse passer l’air et le son du couloir à la chambre. Bon points: -La chambre est très belle et super propre, elle contient de belles commodités, un frigidaire, une cafetière, un bouteille d’eau des coupes, une douche incroyable en plus du bain à remous et le matelas est INCROYABLE. -Nous avons eu la surprise d’un balcon dans notre chambre et nous étions ravis ! -Le bain est immense, et bien décoré. -La température de la chambre était impeccable. -Il n’y a aucun le mauvaise odeur dans l’immeuble ou la chambre. Ça semble très bien entretenue. Porte d’entré sécuritaire

The Dorion Hôtel was close to transportation, had ac, clean bedding and bathroom and had a buzz-in entry. However, we had a very difficult time contacting the hotel to confirm. We called for weeks and there was no answer. After awhile, we got through but the staff couldn’t understand me in french or english. We called Expedia with our concerns and it took them a few days to get through to the hotel as well. Then I got an email saying they got through and I couldn’t cancel. We called again and finally spoke to someone who confirmed our reservation but couldn’t confirm the length of our stay. As for the room it was very humid and damp. It was not mentioned that the room was directly on top of a bar along with the very unclean carpet, there was a bad smell. Many small steep stairs. Also, there was no continental breakfast as advertised.

I love the staff and was a quiet nice place to stay.

What you book for is not what you get. It’s not as clean as it seems.

Excellent little place. The entrance will make you worry a bit, but once you get inside you’ll be met by friendly staff and marvelous rooms. Bed was incredible. Though I didn’t book it, I was given a room with a jacuzzi (I’m not sure if this can be relied upon.) Very convenient to the metro and the gay village.

The most disgusting stay i have ever been to. I could not sleep for whole night as I looked what was under the blankets. Carpet condition is terrible. Room is full of bad smell from smoking. Doors that don't even close properly. Could not wait to get out of the place. Could not park our car anywhere near by. Had to take Uber to go the overnight parking place.

Jacuzzi was good... everything else was dirty , it smelled. Tv cable broke.. No coffee as advertised.

Cute little place way better than I thought it would be , located in the heart of the downtown core with plenty to do and places to eat I stay in hotels alot thanks to my job and I must say this one was one of my more enjoyable stays

I had a great stay. I had a few events in town so I just needed a place to crash for a couple of nights. I had no problems or concerns.
