InterContinental Hotels MONTREAL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We forgot something in the room and when we asked friend to check, the thing we left there is gone and the were no guest after we left.

This hotel is in an excellent location within downtown Montreal, close to the old town and port approx 5-10 mins walk. The hotel staff where helpful, and were kind enough to offer my room 2 hours earlier than normal, which was a big help. The view from the hotel room is fantastic, and you can see the city skyscrapers/and bridges lit up at night. The room was clean and had good overall facilities and was generally very quite for sleeping at night. The hotel has two dining options, and both restaurants are nicely presented , and serve high quality food and drink. The staff at both , where polite and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel amenities could use some updating (especially the fitness center) but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Was a really great trip and we had a wonderful time at the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and inviting

The hotel is located at a very central location closer to fun and food places. The staff at the ground floor and main reception were phenomenal. The set up of the hotel at a glance is breath taking. The place is very clean. The valet parking service is very convenient. You pay the valet parking service, and you can get your car as many times as you wish. The only drawback that occured was regarding a misrepresentation on Expedia's website. They had indicated that clients can get rollaway beds at a surcgarge. But upon getting to our room, we were told that we couldn't get a rollaway bed due to safety concerns, citing that 'it was the law'. The staff we talked to first did not seem to understand that there was a contradiction on Expedia's website regarding the rollaway beds being available at the hotel at a surcharge. The exchange between us and the staff was abit dismissive on her part. We requested to speak to a supervisor. When we got to the reception, the staff had established that Expedia's website indicated that fhe hotel offered rollaway beds at a surcharge. The supervisor acknowledged that they realized there was a contradiction that the hotel offered rollaway beds.She resolved the matter professionally. We were offered a room that corresponded with our initial reason to choose the hotel. The check out process was also very reliable. Eventually it turned to be a great experience. We are supergrateful for a great turnaround! We shall return every opportunity.

Staff were very helpful with any questions. Right on the doorstep of Old Montreal and walking distance to downtown Montreal.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful room in the 21st floor with great views of the city. Included breakfast was awesome, lots of warm and cold things to choose from. Staff was absolutely perfect, not a single bad thing, all interactions were courteous, well-mannered and felt sincere. Highly recommended!!

Very clean, good location, easy and safe valet parking, sauna and pool are a bonus. We will definitely come back.

As usual (it’s our 4th stay) we loved our stay. The service in this establishment is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back…again

Check-in was quick and easy. Chantal, the concierge, was incredibly helpful in suggesting an itinerary and transportation options for sightseeing outside the downtown area. Wonderful stay!

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not the most updated. Carpet and upholstery seems a bit worn out. overall great stay.
