Excellent property and location. Breakfast was great. Jan (sorry if I misspelled the name) was the highlight for us with the care she took and how thorough she was. Only thing to mention, to make the breakfast service run more efficiently, there needs to be at least 2 people on the floor. Having said that, Jan took care of everyone!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Breakfast was great and had a lot of different options. There was a communal fridge in the lounge that was stocked with water bottles. The rooms were very clean and we loved the view from our balcony. The grounds were spacious and quaint, and there was ample parking.
Some things we wished were better during our stay: our bed was creaky and seemed a little old, the air conditioner in our original room was broken and we were moved to a different room but our new room had a smaller washroom and no closet to hang our clothes, and we weren’t able to eat in our rooms and would not be able to access the lounge after 10pm.
We look forward to staying here again for more than just a night. We didn’t have time to walk from the hotel to the falls (only 15 min!) but we’ll be sure to do that next time

Location was close to the falls. Our room was so hot we had to keep the door open to allow it to cool down. When we asked out to lower the temperature the woman at the desk did not know. The bed was the most uncomfortable old mattress, hard as a rock! The plus was the beautiful bathroom shower and the breakfast was charming and wonderful pastries

It is a charm along the Niagara River bank, clean, friendly and quiet. Freshly cooked breakfast based on your choice. Walking distance to the falls and Clifton Hill. Short driving distance to Niagara Glen and Whirlpool trails.
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and charming B&B. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay! Front desk staff was outstanding during check in. The room was so comfortable and the shower was a big plus. Very impressed! This will become my new go to place to stay when I travel to the Falls!

Love the hotel! It's been renovated and the hotel looks new! Very clean and I really like the toilet! Clean and high water pressure. Mattress is to our liking too. The only thing I would suggest is for the room to have space to hang clothes in the room. The breakfast is delicious too! Very thoughtful and a hidden gem!
