This is one of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have stayed. It has an amazing fitness center and great pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for recommending Granville island. Lots of good shopping and food.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. The hotel is in an excellent downtown location, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and many popular attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great city views. The staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel was family-friendly and well maintained, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in the heart of downtown. The only minor downside was that parking is expensive, but that's fairly common for downtown Vancouver. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, very gracious and helpful staff. I wish the bar and restaurant were a bit more relaxed/welcoming (but there are so many options in the neighborhood!), but overall this was a good stay.

The family room was very large, enough space for a family of 5. Views of downtown Vancouver were amazing. The indoor pool has two hot tubs and the gym had lots of exercise equipment. The room was neat and tidy but not as clean and detailed as I would like for the price we paid. I can tell that between and behind furniture, including along base boards were not vacuumed. I like my room extremely clean.

We had a spacious corner room. Very comfortable bed. Easy to use shower. I am not tall so couldn’t reach the safe or door hook for the towel. I was surprised the sheet was torn, and expected it to be changed the following day, but it was not changed.
