We loved the location of the property as well as the views. We felt safe in this building and the check in was tremendously easy. The negatives were not huge but i mention them more for management to make sure things are cleaned a little better. The fridge had a bad smell. It smelled like the back of a garbage truck. It didnt smell if the door was closed but when you opened the door, the smell hit you in the face. We chose not to buy things from the supermarket because it didnt feel good to place it in the fridge. Perhaps the problem was that the fidge didnt really get cold either. The other issue were 2 cigarette buds on the patio. We dont smoke. They looked old. It just should have been cleaned better. There was one more issue but we dont want the review to seem negative (and if management cares, they can email or text me) but these are just things to make the rental experience better. The place is otherwise awesome and we would stay there again.

Great loacation directly between Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena.

Amazing location and the instructions and free parking were spot on. This is a great flat cosy for more than 3 but the location is hard to beat. I scored under 5* because there were some very minor gripes probably due to it being end of season it shouldn’t put you off as this is a very very good spot for Toronto but… gripes were … no dishwasher tablets it’s a real pain to have to buy a pack when on the road but the washing powder and conditioner was supplied. No wine glasses and limited kitchen stuff two saucepans and a small frying pan. There is noise from the elevator didn’t bother us Otherwise a fab stay thank you

The communication was good. Very friendly. But the cleanliness and condition of the place left much to be desired. There was mold around the soap in the bathroom, holes in the walls and unfinished wallpaper on the walls. There was also a mark on the wall behind the couch that seemed to be from the couch itself, but didn't come off. Towels were supposed to be provided, we found some in the closet hanging on hangers, but they were hard as rocks. It just seemed like someone was quickly renting out their apartment for the night. Trust me, go to a hotel.

The property is pretty typical high rise mixed residence building, but it was the company that made it special. Victor was accessible and communicated the whole way, he made it incredibly easy to access our room and parking spot with pictures and instructions. The room has a beautiful view and all the creature comforts. The water pressure was not great, but overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Comfy beds, clean sheets, and clean towels that were a little scratchy :)

We did not receive the room we booked. We booked a room with a pullout couch along with the bed. The room did not have the pullout couch so I had to sleep on the floor.

A great location for walking around the city. The apartment was great but the only downside was the temperature control: couldn't get the apartment to cool to our desired temp. It wasn't uncomfortable but I didn't need to use a blanket at night. Very nice to have a free parking space but I did encounter an issue with our dedicated spot being taken by other people. So perhaps the parking spot should be labeled that it's reserved for a certain apartment.

Beautiful views. Very close to major attractions. Quiet.

Everything we were looking for in our stay

The unit is nice with a great view and great neighborhood. But the single bed needs to be replaced. it is an old wood frame and squeaks horribly. Also, not being allowed access to the gym or pool when paying so much a night is ridiculous.

Quick turn around, check in and instructions done electronically. Owner was responsive and respectful. Great stay!

I liked everything about the property and the location was super nice to get around will surely be back.

Great central location however the rental needs some attention and a deep clean.

The apartment was in a perfect location. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. Fantastic views over the city. Host is a very good communicator. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

This experience was absolutely disgusting. It started off with a severe struggle to find the hotel in general, the location shown in the website was completely wrong and instructions were extremely unclear. Keep in mind, I am a gold member with Hotels.com. After the struggle to find the building itself due to the extremely unclear instructions, we found the building and headed up towards the room. To start off all elavators had very disgusting and dirty smells, the rooms were very dirty and low quality. To start off the bath tab was all stained, the covers smelled extremely bad, cigirates were left next to the window uncleaned, the couch was snapped in half from the bottom making it very uncomfortable to use, we opened the window once and it a struggle to close it, the ground itself was very dirty, and everything was just extremely unorganized. We wash the towels and the bed cover in order to use since was very smelly , even the pillows ,( can’t explain what I faced there ) My big question is how hotels.com doesn’t make an inspection to the properties he provides on his sites especially when it is AirBnb , Please note that even property name as exiting on your site doesn’t exist in real ( building name was Ice 1 after I asked million people to catch it . What ever I said it will not explain what I faced in these 2 days but in the end I’m very disappointed from hotels.com more that the property owner since I’m dealing and trusting hotels.com not the property owner .
