We had an amazing weekend stay at SpringHill Suites in Vaughan! We booked two rooms for our Wonderland getaway—one adult and one child in each—and everything exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were HUGE, modern, and super clean. We especially loved the thoughtful layout—having the toilet and shower in separate rooms made getting ready in the morning so much easier with kids!
The staff? Absolutely incredible. From the warm front desk welcome to the hardworking restaurant crew and attentive room attendants—every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work.
A special shout-out to the buffet breakfast team—everything was spotless, fresh, constantly replenished, and there were so many great options. It made a big difference fueling up before a day at Wonderland.
Kudos to the entire team—you made our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent experience here while in town for Canada’s Wonderland! The breakfast was great and my kids loved time in the pool at the end of the day. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean.

Bathroom door lock was broken on arrival, they offered us to repair and stay in same room or move to different room,
Some teenagers did ding dong ditch while kids were taking nap, never happened after complaining to hotel staff.

The check in process was very easy, room was updated and clean, staff very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, although waffles or pancakes would have been a nice addition. The service there was excellent too. Parking was a small fee of $5 per night so not too bad. The pool and hot tub were nice temperatures although the ceiling waterfall was not operational during my stay (as seen in the hotel photos). The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Walmart for any necessities. I would definitely stay here again!

The room accommodates our family of 5 perfectly! The bathroom set up is perfect. There is a separate bathroom for a toilet and sink then another for a sink and shower. Super accommodating!

The hotel was great and great location close to the event my family and I were attending. My only issue was guests do not have access to the stairs unless in an emergency situation, the elevators did go down on our second night and they were attending to the situation and trying to fix the elevators however a very large group of guests were now waiting for them to be fixed after most asked to be directed to the stairs and being told no access unless an emergency it took time but they unlocked the stair way that was located outside of the hotel to allow one very upset guest to access the stairs we waited another 5 minutes and they had one working elevator which was great however we had a very long day and would have used the stairs ourselves but no access was permitted other then that one upset guest. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast was very good
