From the front desk who was very friendly - and we checked in very late because the ferry was delayed. Comfortable stay - clean - shower HOT and Nice pressure.
GREAT Breakfast and since we were only staying the one night - we both wished we had time to stay and enjoy the pool.

Checked into my room only to find a bunch of dead flies on my bed and the floor beside it. When I notified them of the issue, they were apologetic, but said that the housekeeper had left for the day and they needed a minute to figure it out. I had to be the one to suggest putting me in a different room.
The new room didn't have any fly issues, but the curtains didn't fit the window properly and the light woke us up at 5:30am.
The hallways of the hotel are very worn out and while the rooms have been updated they still have a shabby feel.
The breakfast was good, but probably the only positive of our stay.

Bed linens were dirty and had long hairs, cleaners did not come each day and when they did they did not replace the soap that was used. I had to go down to the front desk at night to ask for a soap one night and for a blanket another night. The employees at the front desk were very apologetic and accommodating but the cleaning staff and the pool stunk.

Rooms are spacious, continental breakfast was good. A few negatives the room we had hand a jacuzzi tub in it and the floor tiles were broken and side of tub was taped on. Getting in and out of hotel was a bit of a pain traffic wise.

Despite very friendly staff who really try to make the best of it, this hotel should really be closed for renovation. Mold on the ceiling, an old smelly fridge in the room, pots and pans stored in a big plastic box, stove not working, bathroom counter needs replacement, sheets are old and in our case also stained etc.... even if you don't mind any of this, it is overpriced for what you get. There are cheaper and cleaner options in the area.

Pros: budget friendly, good enough continental breakfast, updated rooms
Cons: musty halllways, slow closing doors, unorganized front desk staff, shower curtain had visible pink mold on the bottom, traffic is very close so it is quite noisy.

Not very impressed with this place. So close to the freeway, the traffic was steady all night. Room jaccuzi and floors need repairs. Could not sleep until traffic died off around 2 am. Started again at 5 am.

Better breakfast than I expected--they had the usual yogurt, apples, cereal, bread, muffins (chocolate chip), but also chocolate mini croissants, glazed donuts, sausages, eggs, potatoes, and waffles with an array of toppings to choose from.
I was sorry I didn't bring workout clothes--the gym equipment looked new and inviting.
The beds were on wheels and the wheel locks on the one my husband and I slept on were broken--moreover, the wheels were bent parallel to the floor--so every time we sat on it during the day or turned over in our sleep, it moved the whole bed several inches away from the headboard attached to the wall, again and again. We mentioned it to the front desk, and the guy at the desk indicated that he'd have it taken care of.
