Our room and the hole second floor was freezing cold. The heater didn’t work and when told staff they had no concern. Also had a friend in this hotel same night different room and she said same thing so cold she sleeper in her clothes and winter coat. Its winter heaters should work come on. Then the room above an ours people where banging and yelling all night till past 2am. If you you get a room on the front like us above the entry door you get to hear taxis, slamming the doors all night and the staff shovel the snow off the side walk so noise. So if you would like to stay up all night cause it’s so noisy and freeze all night then this is your place.

It’s an older hotel. The toilet broke and couldn’t be fixed on the long weekend. The 2 bedside lights didn’t work. The plug by the sink didn’t work. They changed our room. This made us late for our event.
Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast but was good.
Not sure if I would book it again. Probably not!
