The hotel is beautiful. I felt very welcome as a solo traveler. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which made answering any question a breeze. They also us Whatsap to assist you during your stay. Food was also very good. Breakfast was to order and included! The hot tub was easy to book. Will be back.

O Hotel Alaia possui uma ótima infraestrutura e o atendimento da equipe é incrível!
Entretanto, algumas observações devem ser observadas:
- café da manhã: para o padrão do hotel, o cardápio é MUITO restrito e eles cobram por qualquer pedido além de 1 opção doce e 1 opção salgada. Pedi frutas adicionais e me cobraram. Achei absurdo para o padrão do estabelecimento.
- restaurante: a comida é ok, talvez mas tem algumas falhas de execução. No restaurante de praia, por exemplo, estava faltando pão para o sanduíche. Então comi um sanduíche sem pão pq era a única opção que tinha. Com todo o recheio menos pão. É pra isso não teve desconto algum.
