Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón.

All of the staff at Hotel Vientos del Sur was so kind and helpful in every situation, including packing us a lunch at 5:30am when we were going to hike Volcan Viillarica.
We definitely recommend it!

Good stay. Had an issue with the room which manager/owner attended to promptly and in satisfactory way.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied.
Hotel rooms are clean yet could use some update and repair.

El hotel demasiado rústico. Buen desayuno por el precio. El baño demasiado pequeño, y necesita bastantes arreglos: la ducha muy antigua. El personal excelente. Muy bien localizado. Sin aire acondicionado! Sin ascensor! No volvería.
