Always very friendly and welcoming. Good price for the area and you get breakfast and an apartment. Very close to Costanera centre. Only small thing is the rooms are very tired looking. There is a lot of wear and tear but still a great place.

Hotel in nice location with great restaurants around it. The hotel price is very cheap . It provides take away breakfast daily and this is very helpful if you are rushing for tour early in the morning.

Place is in a great location, quiet tree-lined street but just a block or two to main strip and supermarkets, cafes, etc. Very quiet for sleeping. Wireless internet was not fast and dropped often.

Air conditioning unit needs to be clean, the vents were duty.
The bed frame were old, after sleeping the next day I had issues with me back.
Service was very good.

Outdoor space for us is important. We like to start off with coffee sitting outside in the morning. There were two balconies but no chairs or outdoor furniture. The staff did find some chairs for us to use. The area was spectacular for being able to walk out to restaurants and shops and felt totally safe. The property is associated with a nearby (2 minutes walk) hotel where the pool and gym are, but the gym was just a couple cardio machines - terrible. The WiFi barely worked at all, but fortunately we had purchased local eSIMs for data. Staff was fantastic and helpful, 5/5 stars.

La ubicación en providencia es excelente, barrio tranquilo se puede caminar en la noche y tienes a la mano tiendas supermercados, el metro, fruta, el costanera todo muy bien. La habitación que yo pedi, la más grande cuenta con mucho espacio para una familia con niños.
El hotel es ya muy antiguo, la habitación necesita urgente remodelación, piso, paredes, pintura, el baño, el lavabo se tapa, cortinas antiguas, sillas y muebles bastante usados. Bueno si estás buscando algo moderno y acogedor no lo logra. El desayuno todos los días es lo mismo exactamente, te entregan en el dormitorio tarrina de con jugo de cartón, leche descremada y un sanduche empacado al vacío de queso y jamón.
La atención del personal eficiente, rápida, te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites.
La limpieza muy bien sin ninguna dificultad.

PROS: Excelente ubicación en providencia, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. Cama king grande y cómoda.
CONS: Como muchos apart-hotel no son ni excelentes departamentos ni excelente hotel. La cocina es muy básica y no da realmente para cocinar. Sugiero proveer de cosas básicas como sachets de azúcar, sal, y utensilios para lavar loza. La botella de agua que ponen en la habitación la cobran a us$3 lo que me parece innecesario y excesivo.
En general es un buen lugar para quedarse y lo recomiendo por su ubicación y limpieza.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Property grounds , lobby and building generally well kept and clean.
However, apartment I stay appointment needs upgrading.
Safety issues are of concern: power points in kitchen and living area only available from a power point extension hanging from behind microwave above the sink.
Temperature of room ( floor heating) constantly warm even on warm/ hot days. Waste of energy. Surely one can open the windows to regulate temperature in room but the waste of energy and cost ($)still not addressed.

I was disappointing, after I spoken to the receptionist about me leaving 10 packets of tim tams in my room nobody bother to let me know if they checked or they found them in the room which I left them when I was changed to another room on the first day I arrived because I was not happy the room I was allocated in the first room. I after speaking with the hotel manager and even sending him an email with a picture of what I was missing I never received any feedback about my issues from anybody.

First thing to point out is that this facility is different from Park Plaza Hotel which is located around the corner. This facility is centrally located and as such great for someone visiting Santiago. While the facility is well-kept, it is a little dated. It could use some modernizing. My main issue with the facility is the breakfast and the front desk staff. The breakfast is delivered late afternoon a day earlier. Essentially, it is cold breakfast that includes one coffee sachet. On the plus side, the room has two-faced cookers, electric water boiler, and utensils for small meals. The staff manning the front desk (there is no reception to talk about) are generally indifferent; they simply buzz you in and out of the facility and more often than not, do not even say ‘Hello’ as you go through.
I recommend this facility with reservation.
