Convenience and price is reasonable.

The place is comfort to all the tour spot, and all the employees are very kind. But first day, the smell of smoking permeated the our bed sheets and pillow cover. Second day was not. I almost satisfied with this room because the terrace of our room was very nice. I would be willing to use it again if the problem with cigarette smell is improved.

The hotel has a great location close to the Yu Garden and other places, but is still incredibly quiet. The room was spacoius and clean, and the staff freindly.

Hotel regular sin servicios adicionales. Sin restaurante ni bar.

I wish our room had a small refrigerator and the staff would be able to speak English.

Clean, near a metro station e well positioned to visit Shanghai center, staff vero kind but with limited knowledge of English language, reccommendable

The Metro station is just opposite the hotel (have to cross over the main road) and its situated near food shops, many gold and jewelleries shops even having a complex tight infront of the hotel. There is Mc Donald and Starbuck - no worry of getting hungry. The scenic famous Yuyuan Garfen is just 10 minutes walk from hotel and The Bund about 20 mins walk. To go to Disneyland is so easy ftom the Metro Station at the Hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms were modern and spacious. However at night you could hear everyone talking in their rooms which made it difficult to sleep without ear plugs.

The room layout is unreasonable. The shower room is separated from the toilet by room entrance, and the towel shelf is in the toilet, instead of the shower room. What is the purpose of placing the towels in the toilet when the only time you need a towel is when you are in the shower?? The wash basin is outside the toilet and is right in front of the sofa. So after I used the toilet, I had to move to the living area to wash my hands.

I had what I felt was the best room in the property (6-26). It was caressed by morning light. The terrace was stunning. The location in the pedestrian district with traditional buildings. Overall, one of the best values in town. I am happy with my choice: I chose it over the andaz or mariott, and would do so again.

There's only one lift for the whole building and the toilet wall bottom has a small crack on it. But overall stay is awesome!

The hotel is very convenient, very near 豫园tourist area and the metro station. However be prepared to use your translator, the hotel staff speaks very minimal English, I was able to get away with it because I'm Chinese and was able to communicate in Mandarin. This isn't like Hilton or those 5 star hotels, you get what you pay for. All in all it's not too shabby, cleanliness is normal. Do take note that economy has no windows and no refrigerator. I paid for premium economy so it was better for me. I would stay there again when I come to Shanghai to visit.

We recently stayed in a deluxe room with city views at this hotel, and overall, it was a positive experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Although our first room had a less-than-ideal view (just a wall), a quick request to the front desk led to an upgrade to a corner room with nice street views. The location is fantastic—it is very close to lines 2 and 14 on the metro, a short walk to the Bund, and right on the doorstep of the Yu Garden Marketplace, making it easy to explore some of Shanghai's key attractions. The hotel itself is nice but currently undergoing room renovations, so expect some change around the property. It also accommodates long-term residents, which is quite common in China, so it has a bit of a local feel to it. One drawback is the lack of breakfast options on-site, though you can order food delivery, which is delivered right to your door by a robot! I enjoyed the nearby choices for breakfast, including local Family Marts and 7-Elevens, which had everything I needed for a quick start to the day.
