Nice, clean, friendly staff and quiet area. The only thing is the immediate area surrounding this hotel is undergoing a major facelift and renovation. But in the end it will make this hotel a very nice place.

Location is very good to many attractions in Shanghai, but it is not very easy to find if you’re not familiar with Shanghai.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, very good breakfast mixed with Chinese and western food. A little bit far away from underground stations

The hotel is good but abit quite and surrounding abit quite and no shopping around. Need to walk about 15min. Any then that it ok

the enterence of the hotel is not good, lobby is small and poor, the street is dark and payvement is very narrow to walk with heavy bags, the breaskfast and croissents are very nice , coffe is good, ı would only reccomend 1 or 2 more cheese option for the breakfast they only have 1 type of cheese, the size of breakfast room is not enough during crowded days , hotel is very clean rooms are simple, clean, very nice decorated with enough space and good bathroom , there is free wifi , coffee, bisquit and water at the rooms, safe and fridge available in the room but safe is mobile so useless to use it they did not amount it to the wall it is just in the drawer floating free :) there is only one window not able to be opened fully, no balcony and the vierw is not nice, stuff is very helpfull their english is poor, not a good option for famillies with kids it is better for business or for people who does not have kids on the vocation . the pingpong table a the enterence is a very good idea. you can reach 2 different metro station from the hotel by walking 8-10 minutes one ofthem is next to river so you need to climb stars to pass the river. the street infront of the hotel is very dark at night for walking ı have never faced a problem, yet there were many runners various times. the price and hotel quality is matching according to me. thank you very much it was a nice stay.. ı can prefer again your hotel for future stays.

Terrible location - that was enough for me to regret staying here. Nothing in the area - no food, no drinks, no metro station - and the hotel is basically on a dark back street. The nearest landmark is the Natural History Museum, but even if I was going to Shanghai to spend all of my time at the museum, I still wouldn't stay here.

Very cost effective with clean room and nice staff. Much satisfied.

Breakfast was god, but he location was odd. Still, that meant we saw a real Shanghai neighborhood that, and there were some food and shopping options across the Suzhou River.

Though located in JingAn, it is secluded from most things. No food places nearby or even a convenience store!

Amazing, simple, spacious and clean rooms. Staff always very helpful, polite and ready to help...they all speak and communicate very well in English.

New and clean. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel location isn’t the best but it’s in walking distance from metro. The environment is great for staying as it’s very quiet neighborhood at night.
