This is one of the best hotels in Shenzhen, and certainly the best run. It has the best of everything, location, facilities, service, dining options and safety. It is my favourite. Hilton in the world.

This hotel has 2 wings, I booked a suite with sea view at Nanhai Wing for 2 nights, although this side is a bit old, but you can feel the vacation vibe.
I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist at Wanghai Wing and the check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious and comfortable but the floor and the wall better need some refurbishment. We came here for anniversary celebration, we appreciated with the hotel’s special arrangement, very nice decorations on bed and the amenities.
Checked out was efficient and the receptionist did ask our overall experience of stay. Will definitely come back if there’s a chance.

Great location close to Sea World, but the hotel service is so so. The balcony is in the shadow most of the day and lacks comfortable seating. The hotel lacks choice in the room service menu and watching movies on the tv was disabled and hotel staff didn’t fix it despite repeated requests. Furthermore something in the room was bleeping all the time: probably the hotel doesn’t replace the battery in the fire alarm in time.

The room was excellent value, clean, large, and balcony with sea views. Breakfast was great. Staff happy and friendly. On the downside few staff spoke English. I was staying in the Nanhai wing of the Hilton around 750 metres from the main Wanghai wing. However there was no signage to enable taxi's to find the Nanhai wing and more confusing the only signage at the Wanghai wing said Hilton Nanhai
