Holiday Inn Express SHANGHAI JINQIAO CENTRAL, an IHG Hotel

Good stay here. The room and hotel needs refurbishing. It’s about 15 min walk from the subway station. It’s near a convenience store. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Room was big and bed was comfortable. The front desk helped me with ordering taxis. I would re-book this hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent, the breakfast buffet good. Good value for money. Laundry set up exceptionally convenient.

Awesome stay

spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Near Metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hu (小胡).

It was okay but not as nice as the one I stayed in Beijing . Wished it had English movie channels. But it was a good place to stay

At check in Nina was really helpful and quick at getting us checked in. She even helped us order a cab the next day for Disney. It’s about a 20 min ride from Disney. The hotel is nice especially for the price. The room sometimes felt a little too warm as the AC didn’t always work. If you are traveling with little kids the room can feel small but it works. Breakfast is included with the price which makes this hotel a great option. The breakfast is not your typical American breakfast but it still has some go-to typical options like cereal and milk. Bread for toast with jam. Their breakfast hot foods include spaghetti, hotdogs, bean bake, and fried rice for the “Western food.” They also had eggs and waffles that were good. Overall I would recommend this place.

The hotel is really dated and is so due for a refurbishment

Convenient location to metro and local neighborhoods. Pleasant surprise was the nice park just behind the hotel (1/4 mi). The breakfast buffet was also a bonus

Perfect location to visit student family member staying close by. Close to metro and restaurants. Clean and comfortable - even the breakfast was pleasantly good!

Jinqiao is wonderful area, which is convenience to everywhere. The hotel front desk area needs to improve. However, the breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The room was super clean and had every necessary things I need.

About 10 mins walk to the Jinqiao station and small shopping mall. Probably need to call di-di for private transport, There is family mart nearby.

Staff was not enthusiastic.The room condition was ok but sort of dated.

The first room i was given smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and the couch had burn marks. They moved me to a new room which was much nicer. The room was clean and the staff were nice. They had a wonderful free breakfast. The gym wasn't much but overall the hotel was nice. I'd definitely stay there again

One person at the front desk had reasonable English and was very helpful. Room is typical holiday Inn Express. Clean comfortable. Big enough. They let us check out a bit late which was appreciated.

It's always been good staying at Holiday Inn, value for the money

We stayed there a couple of nights. It is about three blocks from a metro stop. This makes it fairly convenient. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The breakfast was Chinese style. So don't expect a western breakfast. However, if you are going native it's fine. The staff speaks enough English to get by, just have to be calm and patient.
