Great service, comfortable room shame no good choice of a bar to meet friends for a drink - Smokey cigar bar or an impersonal lobby bar.

Staff is excellent.

Service is always, good to see familiar face from last trip. Lobby managers are tentative and efficient in helping guests. Special thanks to Preya who is always smiling and helpful.

This was a last minute stopover hotel for us. Having flown for 10 hours and discovered that our connecting flight was postponed for 15 hours, this hotel was a godsend. It was close to a shopping mall where we found Din Tai Fung; delicious! The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a log. Breakfast options were amazing. 10/10!

This Ritz is not well maintained to its quality. Very noisy around and difficult for transportation.

We did not like the first room we got, the hotel quickly changed another one for us. The room was big and basically had everything we need during our short stay. Just that this hotel is surrounded by tall buildings and the view is not open.

Location is beautiful and convenient. Services were excellent. Above all, staffs were very attentive, polite and helpful!

So much noise when you are in the room to hear people outside walking or next suite people talking .

The fitness center at the hotel is excellent. It's well-equipped with modern machines and maintained to the highest standards, offering everything needed for a comprehensive workout. The space is clean, spacious, and provides a great environment for both a quick exercise session or an extended workout. Additionally, the integrity and efficiency of the management were clearly demonstrated when we accidentally left behind a watch and headphones in our room. Not only did the hotel management promptly contact us about the forgotten items, but they also arranged a convenient way for us to retrieve them. This thoughtful action by the hotel staff was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest service. Overall, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou was exceptional. With its combination of professional service, excellent amenities, and attentive care, it stands out as a top choice for anyone visiting the city. What an amazing hotel! The manager Rocky was fabulous . The food, the room, the spa and the whole stuff was amazing. It’s highly recommended. I love my stay in Ritz Carlton.
