Really nice very attractive property. We stayed three nights, the staff were wonderful. The food was really nice. A full breakfast. Pool was delightful, the rooftop area with lounge chairs, and beautiful views was lovely. The proximity to everything was perfect.

Hotel Casa Cytia in Cartagena's Getsemaní neighborhood boasts a fantastic location and exceptional staff, but has some issues. The outstanding service from staff members like Carlos, Samith, and others is a major plus. However, potential guests should be aware of significant drawbacks: Scam Warning: A man named Alfredo, posing as a tourist agent, frequents the hotel and has been known to scam guests out of significant sums of money. The hotel should address this to protect guests. Communication & Amenities: Pre-arrival email communication is unreliable. The Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent. There is no elevator, which is a concern for those with mobility issues. Basic Inconsistencies: Guests may experience water outages. The breakfast lacks variety. There is no on-site coffee shop or laundry. Parking: The hotel lacks parking, making taxi pick-ups and drop-offs stressful. While the location and staff are definite positives, the serious scam issue and other inconsistencies should be weighed carefully by potential guests.

Great little Hotel in the heart of the Getsemani Neighborhood. All the Hotel staff are nice and attentive, especially Carlos, he takes care of you. Gracias Carlos por todo. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Cartagena. PS: The breakfast is a nice touch!!!

Right in the heart of all the nightlife. Carlos was great as well.

I have no idea how this property had so many good reviews. My fiancé had a knife pulled on him right around the corner maybe two or three blocks from the property. There was no hot water. You need to be let in and out every time you arrive or depart, you can’t do it yourself. One night we ordered a pizza and the man on night duty told us that we had to eat it downstairs and could not take it to our room, which is illogical since the rooms have refrigerators and I’d brought groceries up to the room previously. You’re not allowed to drink near the pool. There is no reprieve from noise. There are parties going on every single night outside so you can hear and feel the base thumping through the room which would go on until 3 am. Absolutely would not reccomend this place.

Very clean and beautiful property. The staff are friendly and very nice. The housekeepers keep your room very clean and cool when you return for the day. Great choice.

Excelente para caminar al centro historico, entre callejon ancho y estrecho, frente al colmado Mañe donde compras a los precios mas barato. No compres cerveza en el hotel, son muy caras!

Super bem localizado. Curtimos sem a necessidase de carro. O quarto super confortável e o atendimento expecional. Time super alegre e divertido.

Sem palavras para os funcionários Carlos, Mauri e todos os outros. Muito simpáticos e educados, nos receberam com muito carinho. O quarto era confortável e espaçoso, mas achei com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, ele ficava no terreo e não batia sol, acredito que por isso. Além disso, estar em frente a piscina foi desagradavel porque alguns hospedes não respeitaram o horario limite de usa-la somente até as 20h, no café da manhã também acordávamos involuntariamente, mas acredito que nos outros andares isso não ocorra. O hotel fica em uma rua bem agitada e gostamos disso, nos sentimos seguras na região! Mas a festa é garantida, muito agito todos os dias e na primeira noite foi dificil de dormir. No final das contas, apesar dos pequenos pontos, eu recomendo e ficaria de novo nesse hotel!

Foi maravilhosa , o hotel d muito aconchegante. Tufo muito limpo , localizado excelente , funcionários muito antecipados . Adorei e recomendo com certeza . Quero deixar meu agradecimento em especial aos funcionários , um senhor que fica no turno da noite muito gentil e atencioso . Obrigada a tidos
