This is a super nice place to stay if you want to know Medellin. From here you could move to tourist places by really cheap taxis. Paisas (Medellinians) are very friendly people...

Everything inside the hotel was perfect. Staff was very polite. Rooms are big. The view from balconies is spectacular. Place is located near pharmacies, souvenir stores , coffee shops and many clubs . Noise can’t be heard from inside rooms , however if you want to eat at any restaurant near the hotel the music is laud. The negative part is the huge amount of homeless people asking for money or food 24/7. This is a hotel for party people who wants to have everything near. The roof top has an amazing view.

No me gusto que tuve una visita y un personal del hotel, subio con la persona y de forma atrevida y sin respeto ni tocar la puerta de la habitación, abrio la puerta sin mi autorizacion, me parece una grave falta de respeto hacia mi persona.

Location: It is in the middle of a crazy Party Zone... if you are travelling for enjoying Music and Dancing, it is OK. It is a real real noisy place at night, escpecially on weekends, with really loud music playimg everywhere. Not recommended for travellimg with kids. Breakfast is inlcuded, not a big deal but is OK... eggs, bread, unlimited coffee, fruit, juice. There's too many places around for getting a much better breakfast if you are staying for several day and you're tired eating the same menu everyday. Attention from personnel is not the best but is OK for a not 5 stars hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, I recomend booking a balcony room, with the door closed the noise from outside is almost completely muted and View is beuatifull from floors 4 and Up. Hotel is safe, have secuirty 24/7 at the door.
