Hotel Habitel Prime

Pros: The breakfast buffet staff were friendly. Although they did not generally speak English, making it trickier to ask for things, they were all helpful. Cons: We arrived very late (around 11 pm) and were very tired from a 15-hour flight. We settled into the room before I noticed that the sink had a stuck, dried-out contact lens. I let it go because I just wanted to rest after a very long flight. Next, the air conditioning didn't work. Again, we let it go that night. It was pretty chilly last week, so we forgot about the air conditioning situation until after two nights. Then we told the front desk that we would be touring from 8 am, so that was the best time to fix the air conditioning. We got back late and tired, and lo and behold, the air conditioning still wasn't fixed. We had a king-size bed, and boy oh boy, it felt like torture! I thought my back pain was caused by our long trip and touring until my husband suggested we switch sides. The bed was uneven; the side where I slept was sunken, and the springs felt like they were poking my back. I had three sleepless nights, and I dreaded going to bed even though I had a very long, tiring day. There were no towel-drying racks! There was a tiny hook in the shower. So, there was no way to properly dry towels. Lastly, the coffee cups are incompatible with the coffee makers, so expect spillage when making coffee.

The Colors to the rooms they were dark dingy and unpleasant the safety box didn’t work it was broken never fixed it and bathroom shows very tiny liquid soap scary even to get in the shower

Muy bello y ordenado el hotel, muy limpio y las habitaciones muy amplias realmente. Únicamente tuvimos algo de problema con que se escuchaba el ruido de otras habitaciones o de gente en el pasillo, no sabemos pero nos despertó un par de veces en la madrugada.

The property was beautiful and very close and convenient to the airport. Certain upgrades and repairs were needed, and they were attending to many of these needs. The food in the restaurant was ok.

Me encanto. Todo era super moderno. Mi mama, que no le gusta viajar, le encanto las flores y la limpieza. Super profesional los empleados aun que me ayudaron con el check etc. El desayuno mejor del mundo. Gracias y vuelvo.

Habitel Prime is a solid option if you want to stay close to El Dorado Airport in Bogotá. One thing to note:: they changed the pickup spot of their shuttle. If you don’t know that, you might have to wait for a while. Great breakfast.

I did not feel anything special while i was checking in! No room upgrade! Not even soap in the room

5 mins from the airport and shuttle in every 30 mins which is helpful. Make sure you show up 5 mins before the departure time as the bus shuttle may leave a bit earlier. Breakfast was good and well maintained property.
