Stayed on the executive floor and the breakfast and evening snacks services were very good. The staff were all very helpful and polite and really went out of their way to assist despite my very limited Spanish. Location is also good and the airport shuttle, a real bonus.

Good variety for breakfast, nice clean room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful There is an hourly shuttle bus to the airport for free. The gym is a separate company/building so I didnt try it. Lots of restaurants downstairs but quite from from the main part of town for tourists (La Candelaria) Overall we were extremely happy with the hotel stay

I loved it! Easy to check in and out! I used the airport shuttle there and back, no problems. Breakfast buffet was good. Easy access to the gym. They have places to eat nearby and a few more blocks away even more places to eat. I used Uber everywhere. Easy for them to locate me. I loved my room, quiet, really nice view, comfortable bed, pretty spacious. If I had any questions, I just texted them and they would answer within minutes. Great staff. Felt safe. ATMs right outside of the hotel. I know they have a 24 hr room service, unfortunately, I didn’t get to used it, maybe next time. I would definitely come again.

The location, shuttle and restaurants around the area were perfect for our time there. Comfortable and nice! Only let down was the cleaning staff. The lady didn't respect our sign not to enter and when I asked her to come the next day she never appeared!

The hotel is conveniently located, between the airport and the convention center. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel itself is ok. The room have very bright fluorescent lights, the design of the room is a bit dated and kitschy, with bright yellow rooms. The breakfast is ok, but compared to other hotels at the same price point in Bogotá it could be much better. At least the one at the executive floor where I stayed.
