I would say that it is the best room for all this trip so far. It is right in the center of the old town where it is closely connected to many attractions. The interior design and the way everything works is spotless to details with electrical blinders and how the curtain is placed. The bed and the lightbulb-lamps look appealing and beautiful with a naked wall, but that is nothing compared to how comfortable the bed is. It actually keeps the warmth and softness of sleep and has a great long sleep. Finally, the shower kit that came with it. I'll just leave that for the next guest to discover.

Igor was excellent with instructions to get to the property from the airport. The location, next to a tram line made it easy and convenient to travel around the city.

Arrived late at night, owner is there 10 min after phone call. The place look dark and rundown. it was on the 3rd floor with own private access that you feel more secure.
Owner is friendly and granted me extension time for check up.
Tram just right outside main road is very convenient to go town. However, no restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The room was large with a small bathroom and included a small fridge. The tramway stop is also infront of the building which was convenient to get downtown. It would of been great having a few more basic things such as a kettle with instant coffee and perhaps a bottle opener.

The separate hallway for the rooms was recently remodeled and is much nicer than the entryway would lead one to expect. The staff was helpful in arranging my check-in and parking. A reasonable pet fee of $5/pet/night was also nice.

The room is simple but very clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. Love them. Igor, the owner, was brilliant, such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel doesn't have a reception so you need to contact Igor beforehand to arrange check in but that was really smooth. The hotel is close to Zagreb Arena and city center and you have trams available on the doorstep.
I would definitely be staying there on my next trip to lovely Zagreb.
