Piscine en travaux …dommage

Arrived at the hotel I need to be told that the facilities were not available to use the pool was under construction and the entire outside space was a construction site. This was not made clear at time of booking and hugely disappointing hotels also located in a derelict area.

Everything was perfect but the swimming pool was not working and we hadnt been informed

Bonjour, Personnel agreable et chambre correcte. Le gros bemol est quil y a presque tous les soirs des evenements organisés à l'hotel... bruyant et empechant les acces au bar et restaurant

Thankful to have extra bed in bigger room added so daughter could be in one room with us. WiFI access was good, Staff very pleasant at front desk and at the bar

Good enough, excellent service from front desk. Especially Mr. Joachim and his morning.

Clean and quiet accommodations

I fell ill during my stay and I was taken to the hotel infirmary to meet their friendly doctor, I received a prescription and one of the hotel staff went out, got it and brought it to my room. I was checked on regularly up to my departure. Thankful for the extra support.

Nice & clean rooms with excellent views. Very good breakfast and staff service. Good Gym facilities and a nice pool. Highly Recommended.

Its was OK but for sure there is. a lot of room to improve

No so good experience. Poor service from housekeeping and reception. For the price of the hotel, at least the food and fruits should be fresh.

I have never kept a review on any site and this will be my first. I have stayed at Novotel like 3 times now and this time he staff were rather absent minded. from I have 2 bookings please do not allow my room lapse and the staff did not do it . The keys lapsed and came in from the bank and the key lapsed and it took the intervention of 2 laptops to open the room -Mind you I had to go back to the bank and missed the appointment a I could not pick the document quickly. Also the TV went out so many times and it took me going to the service desk twice to remind them each time. Requested to speak to a Manager one night there was no Manager , no Supervisor and the next day dropped my number for a manager to call. Guess what No Manager called. I just realised that the service was tacky. and I spent 10days going through this. I really was not happy and not sure next time around I will be staying at Novotel Plateau in Abidjan.
